Without effective communication,
projects would quickly run into walls. No progress could be made without the
flow of reliable information between stakeholders such as sponsors, project
managers and customers. Thus a fundamental step to successful delivery is
creating an organized plan that outlines how all parties will communicate
during the life cycle of a project - and this document is called a
communication plan!

message depends on who you're speaking with, how much time you have available,
and what type of conversation needs to take place. To ensure everyone remembers
important information discussed in meetings (and avoid unnecessary discussions
down the line), it's a good idea to keep records by sending out meeting minutes
within 48 hours!
